Shipping Policy

We currently ship DULA US orders to customers in the United States. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping: USD $2.99 for orders below USD $20
Free standard shipping: orders of USD $20 or more
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier processing, destination, weather, holidays or other factors outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 0-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends or during holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. DULA US is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information. If you still need help, contact us at service@dulaus.com with your order number.
